Yes. The user agreement is identical regardless of which local payment method you use. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are all governed by the same terms covering liability, dispute resolution and refund eligibility.

You may submit a data deletion request through the Help Centre after account closure. We process it within 30 days, removing personal identifiers from active systems where local law permits us to do so.

Open a dispute ticket through the Help Centre, select the relevant transaction date and payment method, and describe the issue. Our team reviews supporting records and responds in writing within 48 business hours.

Some features depend on local law in your specific region. Where a restriction applies, it is stated in the relevant section of the full terms document. Accounts in Bandung, Medan and other Indonesian cities follow the same baseline terms.

The current version is linked at the bottom of this page with a version date. We also email the account address on file at least seven days before any material update takes effect, so you are never surprised by a change.

Transaction records including QRIS payment history are retained for the legally required period after account closure, then removed. You can request a copy of your full transaction history before closure via the Help Centre.
